Are corporations people?

Some time ago, I blogged about why it is that the law rightly regards corporations as “persons” in some circumstances. Now, our friends at LearnLiberty.org have posted an excellent video with Prof. Steven Horowitz about whether corporations are “people” from an economic perspective.
